You can reach the Gulf of Mexico with a rented boat from the in-house dock in about 35 minutes without locks.

The villa has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 pool, 1 office. The living rooms offer a flat screen TV, DVD player, DVD films and a high-quality surround system in the living room. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the terrace and the canal.

3 bedrooms have a king-size bed, 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with sliding doors. 2 guest rooms each have their own terrace. Master bedroom and junior room have direct access to the pool area.

All bathrooms have a hair dryer and an additional shower. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available.

The luxury gourmet kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, high-quality dishes and cutlery.

The separate office is equipped with a PC and printer.
The WLAN high-speed Internet can be used free of charge and the telephone system allows you to make free calls to the landline in the USA and in most European countries.

The spacious terrace area (approx. 150 sqm) with a heated pool and jacuzzi (together approx. 40 sqm) is equipped with sun loungers, sunbed, gas grill and a large table with chairs.

You can park your rental car in the spacious garage. Beach chairs, parasols and cool boxes as well as bicycles are in the garage and are available free of charge.
