La Boheme de Marigny is an authentic 1800's creole cottage located in the hip Marigny neighborhood. Close to the best of everything: the French Quarter, Bourbon, and Frenchman Streets and the Bywater. The cottage has 3 SEPARATE rooms. Great for families and friends who appreciate individual space. The cottage is comfortable but NOT fancy. Each room has a private bath, 2 rooms have full kitchens. Guests have exclusive access to complimentary laundry room, water cooler, and breakfast/beer nook.

La Bohème de Marigny, is a historic Creole cottage, located in the Marigny Triangle, steps away from the French Quarter. This artistically vibrant neighborhood was featured in "Travel & Leisure" magazine as one of the "trendiest in the nation." Around the corner is Frenchmen Street, the hub of the New Orleans music scene. Stroll through French Quarter, shop, and dine at the French market, and when you are ready for a break, come back to relax, refresh, rejuvenate in your private courtyard.

COVID UPDATE: Just to get it out there, we are all fully vaccinated and boosted but where masks when greeting guests. I strongly encourage guests to download LA Wallet for access to all indoor dining and music venues. This is a very private lodging situation and there is minimal (if any) contact with people outside of your party.
Guest access
Guests have to the entire cottage for their use exclusively. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 kitchens, and exclusive use of the laundry room and filtered water cooler. Please note that the units ARE NOT CONNECTED, excellent for groups who would like a little more privacy. As the cottage is rented out in its entirety to families and groups, you can rest and relax assured that you will have the peace and tranquility of knowing your housemates.

- We are on a quiet and peaceful residential street. I love my neighbors and respect their wishes to keep our street-friendly, quiet, and safe.

• PERFECT FOR GROUPS! You are renting an entire house that has three units connected by an outside breezeway. Each Suite has its own name and character. The Voodoo: is a three-room suite with a one-bedroom with a queen-sized bed, living room with daybed and trundle, complete kitchen, and full bath. The Jazz: is a larger studio with a full bed, a kitchen, and a full bath; The Bordello: is the smallest room with a queen bed, private bath, mini-fridge, and coffee maker.
