There is new hardwood floor throughout the villa, new windows and sliding glass doors to better take in the breathtaking ocean views and natural light! The living room has a Smart TV as well as cable to enjoy Netflix and other streaming options. The master bedroom TV is equipped with Roku.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with a cafe table in the kitchen and counter top seating for a quick meal after beach or pool time! There is a drip coffee maker in the unit. The condo also has a small, stackable washer and dryer.

The villa comes with a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is notintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service

The property is non smoking and does not allow pets. Available for weekly rentals in the Summer arrival on Saturday and requires a three night minimum stay in most other seasons. Holidays may require weekly booking. 800sqft. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
