Seacoast Villa 5 is a 2nd floor condo with fantastic, open ocean views from the long balcony and several areas of the home. Public beach access is right across the street for easy access to get your toes in the sand and play in the surf. Walk 2.5 blocks to shops, restaurants, and entertainment of downtown Folly Beach.

Prepare meals while taking in beautiful ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Everything is provided to serve all 8 guests in your party. Gather at the dining table to enjoy each other's company. Two additional seats are provided at the kitchen counter. Relax in the living room on the plush sofas watching the flat-screen TV, or simply watching the waves with a good book. Larger sofa pulls out to a sleeper sofa. Slide open the door from the living room and head out onto the ocean view balcony with ample seating and a gas grill. Sit at the 4-person table or kick back in one of the lounge chairs to watch the famous Folly sunrises, the waves, and feel the ocean breezes.

Wake up to the ocean in the master king bedroom suite, which includes access to the ocean view balcony and attached full bathroom. Spacious master bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower. Two closets allow for all of your belongings to be stored easily. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with an en suite, full bathroom with a tub/shower. Street side, bedroom 3 includes a full bed. Fresh linens, comforters, and towels are provided for every guest arrival for the maximum occupancy of the home. Bathroom 3 is a full bathroom accessible from the hall.

Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Stroll down and fish off the Folly beach Fishing Pier (closed for refurbishment through Spring 2023). Listen for live music in the downtown area of Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the shops and seasonal markets. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-minute drive to historic tours, harbor walks, carriage rides, world-class dining, theater, boutique shopping, and the South Carolina Aquarium.

Free parking is provided with 1 labeled spot for your condo under the building. Exterior parking area on property is available first-come, first-serve. Elevator goes to all floors of the complex.
