The Woodloft is just 1 mile or 15 mins walk to the local Coop Store in Chapel Stile, the Coop also has a super little cafe upstairs, which makes lots of delicious homemade cakes, lunches and breakfasts.

Perfect for couples looking for a romantic get away or if taken with Fell View, it provides easy accommodation for Grandparents or friends.   

Although compact the Woodloft has been well thought out with all you could need, including a slate floored conservatory most often used for reading the paper on rainy days (yes even in the lakes we get those) or cleaning down the dog after a brisk walk down the riverside. Coat hooks at one end and plenty of space for storing your muddy boots and waterproofs.Entry is through the Conservatory (which has its own seating). Through the main door into the good sized open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. The lounge area has a flat screen tv, dvd player, alexa and electric fire, a sofa and chair, both large windows have window seats for you to spread out on. The kitchen has a good sized fridge, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher and is well equipped with everything you could need if you enjoy cooking, the dining table and chairs is just to one side. The freezer is in the room next door to the conservatory

From here through to the double bedroom which has a pretty king size metal bed, corner wardrobe and drawers, and space for a cot should one be required.Just off the bedroom is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. From here is your access to the shower room with walk in shower, sink & toilet.

The property benefits from wifi throughout, and a parking space 20 yards away. For ease you can unload the car directly outside the cottage, before moving to the parking space.
