On the north coast, Porthtowan and Portreath have golden sandy beaches, as well as walks along the South West Coast Path. Head 9 miles south to Falmouth for museums, art galleries, and Pendennis Castle, or explore another popular Cornish town, Truro, with its lovely gardens and eateries just 6 miles away.
