This house was about to go into foreclosure due to damage from Hurricane Ivan. The first project was to raise half the house to construct an ICF foundation and remodel everything. The goal has been to use construction materials that will stand up to wind and water. Then a beautiful custom shaped 40' x 20' gunite pool was installed and is the largest private pool on the beach.
