Why they chose this propertyThis home is situated only minutes from Empire Polo Club, home to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, as well as the Stagecoach Festival, where internationally renowned artists perform at the multi-day events. Indio offers visitors a variety of outdoor activities for all seasons. It is a perfect place to enjoy the American Express PGA Tournament and the La Quinta Arts Festival. Shopping and dining in Old Town La Quinta are a must with the famous El Paseo drive located in Palm Desert only 20 minutes away. More than 100 golf courses fill the Coachella Valley, allowing the golfers in your group to play to their heart's content. If you'd rather watch your favorite athletes play, the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells and numerous events on the PGA circuit are sure to please! Test your luck at Fantasy Springs, Augustine, or Spotlight 29 casinos, all of which are less than 7 miles from the house.
