North Myrtle Beach Vacation Condo by Ron Heidebrink In 1978 I purchased my first rental property. Since then I have owned as many as 9. 39 years renting in the area.The Pinnacle Oceanfront 3 bedroom is my favorite in North Myrtle Beach SC.Moving to the area in 2000 was one of my better decisions. I enjoy the area and the Ocean. Why they chose this propertyIf you gave me a Million Dollars, I could not get you a better view of the Ocean.This Oceanfront condo is larger than others because it is on the end of the building. This also gives you windows on three sides and allows for more sunshine. Others seem more like a motel with only one view outside. What makes this property uniqueAll my rentals include Linens (sheets and bath towels), Maid clean up on departure.We do not charge a travel insurance fee, a non refund damage fee, nor do we charge a agreement writing fee. A Damage Deposit or Credit Card is required.When asked we will move the 2 twins together making it a King Bed in the 2nd bedroom.Asigned agreement is required.
