We love Naples for its beautiful beaches, subtropical climate, great shopping, and entertainment. The whole town has the feel of a luxury resort. We furnished this house with fine furniture and decor, sparing no effort and expense to provide a beautiful vacation home. Why they chose this propertyWe wanted a new house with enough space for the whole family to stay together, but within a short distance to the beach. We scored a win with our new home which is located near one of the top beaches in the US, and close to all amenities and a vibrant Mercato area. You can leave your car behind and walk or bike everywhere. What makes this property uniqueOur new home is modern and spacious, with high ceilings, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very large living room with an open-concept kitchen. It has a large covered lanai which overlooks the private screened heated pool. The pool area has lots of comfortable sitting spaces, including two swings. It is surrounded by 20 palm trees which are illuminated by night creating a luxurious space for entertaining. Our house has a two-car garage to store bicycles and beach equipment.
