Mike & Sue here – we're the owners of Marriott Vacation Club properties in the USA and Europe. We live in the UK, but we love to travel. In fact, we love Marco Island so much that when we got married in 2015, we flew there to get married right on the beach. We currently own properties in Marco Island, Florida; Marbella, Spain; and on the island of Mallorca, Spain. The Marriott system means we can book any of their resorts worldwide; the above are simply our home resorts. By renting out our unused weeks, we provide holiday rental opportunities at popular Marriott resorts, with our aim being approximately 25 percent lower than the Marriott price. Even so, many Marriott resorts are typically fully booked, so booking via Marriott itself is often impossible. Luckily, our level of ownership allows us to reserve weeks 13 months in advance, giving you the opportunity for a holiday rental at a Marriott resort that might otherwise be unavailable. You don't have to be a timeshare owner to stay at a Marriott Vacation Club resort. By renting from us, you can enjoy everything Marriott resorts offer, from spacious villa accommodations to a variety of on-site amenities that add to your fun. When you rent an apartment at a Marriott Vacation Club resort, you'll receive the quality and service you would expect from Marriott. Most of the resorts we rent offer the following: a variety of accommodations including comfortably furnished guest rooms and suites; spacious one- and two-bedroom villas with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space; a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen; an on-site restaurant and/or pool bar; an on-site convenience store with groceries, snacks, and other essentials for purchase; swimming pools and whirlpool spas; a fitness center; and a daily activities program for all ages. Amenities vary by resort, and information here is provided for guidance only.
