Why Danielly Moya chose Tahoe Vista Location!! Location!! Location!! You are on the water!!! It's very private!! ... and be careful you may not want to leave the house. What makes this House unique The property is very unique due to its location. There are very few houses around the entire lake that are actually on the water.There are not many flat lots on the lake, most homes are on the hill. This home is on a Flat Lot and you walk out the door and you are on the Sand and on the Lake. The Views are Amazing. In addition to it's unique location there is a framed in sand area that will make you feel like your are on your own private beach!!
