See outstanding sunsets, and whales playing in the water. From our lanais/verandas you look straight to the ocean and mountains, not overlooking anybody else's lanai/veranda with tables, chairs, umbrellas, cement, etc.This is one big advantage of all 2nd floor condos, and no other floors, except ground floor condos. But the view and privacy on the ground floor condos is very limited. What makes this property uniqueOn the 2nd floor we have the fewest steps, only 7, to get to the property from the parking lot. Also our kitchen is open and feels bigger than many other condos. We have air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living areas, which not all condos have.
