Kailua Kona Beach Condo by Lee & Callie Rasmussen We live in our home during the winter months (most years) but will be going to Colorado this spring. It's a great time of the year in Kona. Lee & Callie Rasmussen purchased this Condo in 2000 Why Lee & Callie Rasmussen chose Kailua-KonaWe didn't buy our home for a rental and didn't plan on renting our property. We spent $180,000 remodeling for our own benefit. What makes this Condo uniqueWe enjoy our Lanai as you can see lots of sea life including the whales from Nov to March. We eat all our meals outside.
