Siesta Key Vacation Home by Jus and Michael B We have been hosting for years now and stay booked 95% throughout the year. We love our guests—they truly are a treasure. Everyone is so different, and that is why it is so exciting to meet them as they arrive. A quick meet-and-greet tour is nice to get you acquainted with the house that we once lived in. We found that most people enjoy learning where everything is rather than wasting time trying to figure things out, which is why we leave notes so you won't be lost. We are available 24/7 by text or phone. It is a lot of work, but our guests are worth it. This home features lots of oversized windows and is a very bright and cheerful house with a private setting. It is a happy house with lots of color and charm. Upon entry, you will feel it too. The property has been well maintained. Everyone that visits loves it... the feeling is romantic, charming, and adorable—a house from the past, a Simple Key Life, the way Siesta used to be when it was the best kept secret from all the world. We have maintained its vintage look. The house was an architect and builder's model back in the 1970s. The house has had only two other owners since it was built. Why did they choose this property? The number one US white-quartz sandy beach, Siesta Key Beach, a top three beach in the world, is two minutes away, and Siesta Key Village is around the corner. We are in the middle of both.
