About Jon Schmidt My wife and I fell in Love with Vieques in the Spring of 2001 and purchased this vacant 1/2 Acre Beach Front Lot. We purchase the adjoining lot 8 months later and built a small Bungalow. This 3br./2ba. Beach House was in our plans for 7.5 year until we finally built it in the spring of 2010. We spent Christmas in Vieques in 2010 and had a wonderful family experience. We hope our Beach Home can bring you and your families the same kind of wonderful experiences. You came to The Caribbean for the beautiful Beaches and the incredible welcoming draw of the sound and warm waters; so there could be no better place to stay than in a Beachfront home. Nothing is better than waking up every morning and exploring the Beach as the Sun is rising, or sipping a cool drink in the heat of the day and waking through the warm welcoming water and exploring the outstanding diversity of sea life while snorkeling only 50 steps from your home.
