San Leon Vacation Home by John Dues I have lived in this area my entire life. I have been married for 24 yrs. and have 3 children. Why they chose this propertyI am an avid outdoors man. I love being on the water either fishing , water skiing or just taking in the sights. When I retire I will reside here because of the relaxing atmosphere. What makes this property uniqueIf you enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the water or a cocktail watching the moon rise then this is the place. I only live 10 minutes away and during the summer when the heat is unbearable at my house, I can relax on the deck and it feels 10 to 15 degrees cooler.
