Joe Owner purchased this House in 2006 Why Owner chose Canyon Gate This property is a custom single story estate on 1/3 acre. it's not located in a HOA governed neighborhood (which is illegal to rent short term), it's close to the strip. less than 10 minutes straight down Sahara to the strip or convention center. What makes this House unique It's single story, has no neighbors in back of you. It's centrally located and the neighborhood is outstanding. Very quiet. Three houses away from a cul de sac, and at the other end of the block, there's a nice big park where you can take the little ones and wear them out instead of the other way around!
