Lake Anna Vacation Home by Jan L Rosenberg We have been coming to Lake Anna since the mid-eighties. We lived in Maryland and bought our first vacation house at the lake in 1988. We built our current home in 1996. When I retired at the end of 2013, we moved here full time. We live next door to Cougar Point. Why they chose this property: I have been taking care of this property for Dan Cougar, the previous owner, since 2014. When Dan decided to sell, it was a good fit for us. We are very responsive to any needs you may have. What makes this property unique: There is a nice-size deck for enjoying dinner and conversation outside, with a great view of the lake. The way this unique property is situated makes for a very private setting. You are not in a crowded cove where you feel like you are on top of the neighbors. There is a nice volleyball court, a boat ramp, and a new dock installed in the spring of 2017. There is plenty of off-street parking.
