We recently rented the home from the previous owner and fell in love with the privacy and location. Our grandchildren were constantly busy with the various athletic activities (tennis and basketball) and this convinced us to purchase the home in May, 2011. We have made significant improvements to create a second home of the highest standards for us and for our guests. Why they chose this propertyWe rented this home in March of 2011. We found it was the perfect vacation for our children and grandchildren because of the ample sports activities (tennis,basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, swimming and biking). Having the qualities of a private relaxing location while being close to many activities in Naples. It's close proximity to Tigertail beach, restaurants, shopping, golfing, boat rentals and water sport rentals, etc and the privacy provided by a 12 ' hedge that completely surrounds the property makes this the ideal location in Marco Island.What makes this property uniqueShort 5 minute walk (300 yards) to Tigertail beach. New house (built in 2004) has a private sports facility withtennis, bocce, basketball courts and shuffleboard.
