Masterbedroom with kingsize bed and direct access to the pool area on the ground floor. Furthermore you find two guest bedrooms, one of which has a queensize bed and one with 2 twin beds. 2 bathrooms groundfloor with shower/WC and one with bathtub/shower/WC.

Upstairs you find the second masterbedroom with kingsize bed and direct access to the balcony, which offers stunning views over the lake. En-suite bathroom with shower/WC and double sink. This bedroom has a door and can be closed.

Spacious dock with sunloungers and boat lift. Boat rent optional possible and very recommended. You can reach the Caloosahatchee River without having to pass any locks. Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva, go shellying on a deserted beach or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants where you can dock the boat.

The dock with boat lift is available for our own rental boats only.

Explore with the 2 kayaks the canals and the lake, watch manatees and dolphins playing. Use always at your own risk.
