The infinity-pool has a waterfall, fountain and a whirlpool. The desired water temperature can be set with the remote control.

The patio furniture consists of a granite table with 6 chairs, a console table, 4 loungers with side tables and 2 bar chairs and is custom made. The lanai also has dimmable light for a romantic evening. And to preserve privacy, a dense palm hedge is planted on both sides.

The practical office is equipped with a comfortable reading chair, desk with printer, scanner, copier and WLAN high speed internet (free of charge).

The Tiki island, built about 30 feet from the shore into the water, is about 10 x 10 ft large, with an original Tiki-Hut (made by the original inhabitants of Florida, the Semiols). Tiki Island is furnished with four high chairs and table. During the summer months it is nice, shady and airy here. An ideal place to dream and relax.

The Captainswalk, an approx. 5.9 ft wide, is built over almost the entire width of the property into the water. There are two Caribbean chairs here. The Ortega Canal is very rich in fish. Fishing from our own jetty is allowed in Florida without a license.

The backyard is maintained regularly and is laid out with palm trees, flowering shrubs and the carpet-like Florida grass and is automatically watered. Orange trees, grapefruit tree, mango tree and lemon trees bear fruit properly

To the exclusive marina Cape Harbour it is 5 minutes by car. A big supermarket is in 3 minutes by car. (less than 10 minutes with the bicycle) to reach. You will find several restaurants, petrol stations, banks etc. in the vicinity.
