Villa The Magnificence welcomes you to paradise! This absolute gorgeous villa lies at a quiet side road in a quiet neighborhood directly at the water. You have access to the river by boat and can head off to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat. An absolute must!

Kids up to 12 stay for free in this family friendly Villa. Gas and electricity are already included in the price! No extra fees (except of extraordinarily high usage as per check-out protocol).

The heart and center of the house is the wonderful Lanai with a great lounge, 2 fire pits, a big, heatable pool with a separate spa/jacuzzi and landscape sound. Comfortable sun loungers on the sun deck are the perfect place to indulge into a cool drink and enjoying the dolce fa niente.

The great outdoor kitchen with a 91cm broad, Bull-gasgrill, fume hood, sink, fridge and outdoor-TV overviews one of the fire pits and the sparkling water of the canal. Enjoy the unique view, watch a soccer-game on TV while you wait for your perfect, juicy US-steak to be ready on the grill.

Indoors the whole house is tiled and modern as well as elegantly decorated. The high quality lounge offers a great view over the outdoor area and the water. Comfortable sofa for 8 guests that makes your cozy TV-evening as relaxing as possible. A wonderful stone-optic wall and an electrical fire-pit are the eye-catcher of the living room. Maybe a book is the better choice as a TV-programm?

The open living-kitchen with breakfast counter and view over the canal is fully equipped with dishwasher, 5-zones-induction-field, ofen, steamer, a Keurig-coffeemachine, a Nespresso-coffee-machine (don’t forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!), a filter-coffee-machine, a milk-frother…. silverware and porcelain for up to 8 guests.

The great master bedroom with direct access to the pool area and an en-suite masterbath has a great view over the rising sun. The huge masterbath offers a walk-in shower and a free standing bath tub, an absolute eye-catcher! Two guest bedrooms with each king-size-beds and a third guest-bedroom with 2 single beds. A total of 3 bathrooms (including the master bathroom) with shower and WC. All bedrooms with walk-in closets.

Free highspeed internet is available in the whole house and terrace, so you can check your mails, surf in the net or read your favorite newspaper online. 7 flatscreen TV’s in every bedroom, livingroom as well as on the Lanai. 5 beach bikes in different sizes are available for guests of Villa The Magnificence. Use at your very own risk. Cape Coral has great biking paths that you shouldn’t miss to explore!

We advise to rent a boat for a few days to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat. You have a direct access to the river from Villa The Magnificence (about 30 minutes drive from the Villa to the open water of the Caloosahatchee-River).

Shoppings and groceries are within a 5-minutes-walk available, such as the Camelot Isles Center or a bit Publix with a daily fresh fish and seafruit market (daily open, also on sundays).
