The villa has been carefully renovated in August 2015 with new modern furniture. Kids up to 6 years stay for free!

Large windows/slider, top modern bathrooms with rain showers, ceramic floors throughout the house and the modern furniture guarantee a holiday feeling as soon as one enters the house for the first time.

All bedrooms have ample sized walk-in closets where one can store the travel wardrobe comfortable.

The open kitchen also leaves no wish unfulfilled and reveals from the living room area a beautiful view of the pool deck.

The modern dining area provides ample space for ten people.

The comfortable living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV and a stereo. 4 more TVs are located in the bedrooms.

Terrace and pool deck are oriented to the west, you can enjoy the sun after breakfast and sunset after dinner.

The terrace has a large dining table suitable for 10 people.

A large, electrically heated pool and a spacious pool deck, as well as a boat dock with sun deck invites you to sunbathing.

For healthy competition and fun there’s an Air-Hockey table.

The master bedroom has two sliding doors with direct access to the pool deck with private bathroom, bathtub, shower and separate toilet.

The Junior Master Bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

A lovingly decorated children’s room and the two other bedrooms, which are very bright and spacious, also have a joined bathroom with shower and toilet with access to the pool deck.

A separate shower is located in the outdoor area.

Inspiring to determine how many animals live here in the canal… many fish, small turtles and with a little luck you can watch dolphins or manatees.

The rental of a boat is optional. The location of the villa is an ideal-setting for boating enthusiasts as they do not have to go through locks and within 15 - 20 minutes can reach the Caloosahatchee River and the Intercostal Waterway.

Explore by boat the islands of Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach from - certainly a recommendable experience here in Venice of America.

In a few minutes you can reach the port and the nearby shopping.

For sports lovers there are 2 bicycles available - always at your own risk.
