Villa Sea Star, south exposure at a quiet dead-end road. The house has been renovated in 2018 and furnished light and modern. It’s located at an over 200ft broad canal - enjoy your privacy and the wonderful view over the sparkling water.

The spacious lanai offers enough space for everybody to enjoy and relax. Watch the fishes jump in the canal while enjoying the chill of the cold water. A gas BBQ for the best fresh fishes and juicy American steaks is waiting for you to make a use of it. From end of December 2019 on there will be a hot tub available on the lanai. The perfect place to watch the sun go down and have a drink after a day on the beach.

Modern and stylish furnished livingroom with a wonderful view over the lanai and the canal. Big glass sliding doors make the indoor and outdoor melt into one big room.

From the fully equipped kitchen you also enjoy a wonderful view over the pool and the canal. Enjoy your breakfast coffee at the counter and think about how to spend your day. Beach or pool, what is it gonna be today?

Villa Sea Star offers 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a direct access to the lanai and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower/WC.

Beach bikes as well as kayaks will be available for you from October 2019 on. Use at your own risk. Explore the canals or the bike routes Cape Corals. There is a lot to explore!

A tiki-hut, a captains walk and a new boat dock will be available from October 2019 as well. Enjoy a breathtaking view over the canal and watch the sunsets from the tiki-hut.

We recommend to rent a boat for a few days. The offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva are the perfect places to enjoy a day at the beach, collect seashells and have lunch in one of the many local restaurants. Boat delivery fee 250€.

Pets on request - 15€/Tag/18$ extra fee and from 21 nights only only 120€/140$ and from 28 nights on 150€/180$ and and from 70 nights on 200€/240$ plus another 80€/100$ extra cleaning fee.

Longstay discount from 28 nights on - 7% during offseason (July - September), 2% during high season (15 Dezember - 30 April).
