Villa Easy Living - the house will thrill you on its 240m² living space and its modern, cozy and very tasteful décor. Situated at the end of a dead end road the Villa is very quiet located but within a few minutes walking distance a supermarket is available. By car you reach Cape Coral bridge within a few minutes and you will have a great variety of restaurants and publix.

Southwest exposure on a ultralarge corner lot directly at the Santa Cruz Canal. Enjoy the feeling of being fully surrounded by water! The 72m long captains walk is the perfect place to watch fishes jump, to enjoy the sunset and have a drink meanwhile.

The huge, sun flooded pooldeck with its modern and inviting ambience offers countless possibilities to enjoy the Florida sun and relax. Take a swim in the big (9.75 x 5.3m) saltwater pool, relax in the separately heatable whirlpool/Spa (electrically and solar heatable). Or have something cool to drink meanwhile you have a nap on one of the comfortable sun loungers. A cozy lounge, a dining table with 8 chairs and a bar table with 8 bar chairs right next to the outdoor kitchen top the outdoor amenities off. The outdoor kitchen offers a big outlaw gas BBQ, a fume hood and a sink. Beach utilities such as chairs, parasols and towels are available.

Villa Easy Living offers 3 bedrooms: a mastersuite and 2 junior suites. Every bedroom as an own bathroom and an LED-TV.

The 100m² big “Great Room” has a fully equipped, modern kitchen with 4 counter chairs and 6 dining chairs at the dining table. A cozy couch and a lot of entertainment facilities: a pool table, a ping-pong table, table games, books, 2 DVD-players (US/EU) as well as a TV-streming (TVIP-SBox).

2 kayaks can be used at your own risk.

Boatdock and lift are available. We recommend to rent the great FOURWINNS HD270 OB with 300ps for a few days to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva. Walk on snow white endless beaches and have lunch in one of the many Caribbean restaurants where you can dock your boat. You will love it!
