This lovely and modern furnished villa can accommodate up to 6 people with plenty of living space and room to relax. Kids up to 6 years stay for free! All bedrooms have access to the salt-water-pool area and the electrically heated swimming pool (heat pump).

The villa lies at the end of a dead-end road without any transit traffic. The south/south-west facing pool is enclosed with water thanks to a corner lot that offers a lot of privacy.

The whole outdoor area is surrounded by a NO-SEE-UMS screen - newest technology even for the smallest mosquitos. Thanks to its location, you can enjoy the Florida Sun the whole day at Villa SunsetCorner. Comfortable sun loungers around the pool welcome you to enjoy and relax. The great dock with captains walk offers a table to have a drink and watch the sun go down. The perfect place for a perfect moment.

The modern and elegant livingroom with 2 couches and a huge armchair is separated from the open kitchen with a nice screen. Huge glass sliding doors can be opened and let the outdoor and indoor area melt into one big space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. Toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, a huge fridge with freezer, ofen, grill… The dining area overlooks the pool area and offers space for 6 guests. Don’t forget to bring you favorite Nespresso capsules from home!

Masterbedroom with direct access to the pool area and kingsize mattress. Flatscreen TV for cozy TV evenings in bed. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. Junior and third bedroom with queensize mattress and direct access to the pool area. The second bathroom with shower has a direct access to the pool as well.

We recommend to rent a boat for a few days. From Villa SunsetCorner you have a fast access to the river without locks. A boat and jetski-lift are available (no jetski-rent through Intervillas). You can use the stand-up paddle for free (at own risk).
