Casa Koll features two separate houses: The Main House (Casa Koll) and the Guest House (Casa Roca). Each home features 4-bedrooms, a kitchen, and living & dining areas. Casa Koll is the main attraction of this compound. It was inspired by the various medieval chateaus of Saint-Paul-de-Vence in Provence. It features sand-colored stone walls, wrought iron fixtures, exquisite woodwork, elegant decor and even fire-lit torches around the exterior. The guest house, Casa Roca, is a quaint and charming residence that features two principal suites and two-family suites that are ideal for kids.

Just steps away from Casa Koll is the soft golden sand of one of Cabo's most tranquil and swimmable beaches. The large pool that overlooks Palmilla Beach and the Sea of Cortez is the perfect place to spend your Cabo days. One of the beauties of this property is its lush landscaping, from perfectly groomed grass to large beds of bougainvillea leading down to the sand. There are several different lounge options, both shaded and unshaded, as well as a fire pit, outdoor dining area, bar, and BBQ that are in the perfect location to watch one of Cabo's stunning sunrises. 

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
