The photos of the Crescent Pearl don't do it justice, it is a beautiful home in a fine setting, truly one of the finest homes on Cape San Blas. Towering high above the beach, this gorgeous home offers wonderful views of pristine beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.
Undamaged by Hurricane Micheal, the Crescent Pearl and our neighborhood has retained most of its pre-storm beauty. All necessary repairs to the homes, pool, and boardwalk have been completed, and though we lost some trees and vegetation in the neighborhood and dunes, the area is rebounding very quickly. Many of the pines trees in the original photos are dead or dying, unfortunately, and the views from the screened porches are more open.
The Pearl is a large, luxury beach home, perfect for leisure and entertaining. Built as a permanent residence, it is much more spacious and comfortable than most other homes on the Cape that place a premium on guest capacity, not quality of experience. The living areas, especially the great room and the master bedrooms, are far larger than comparable rentals. You and your family will find the Pearl exception in the quiet and comfort departments.
Not only large, the Crescent Pearl features only the finest materials and expert quality craftsmanship. This is a unique home built for entertainment, relaxation, and comfort, far from the utilitarian boxes common of the area. This very spacious , elegant home is in an incredible setting, one that will provide your family with a one-of-kind beach experience. Recently redecorated and refurbished, the Crescent Pearl will provide a lifetime of memories.

Cape San Blas features many fine restaurants close to the Crescent Pearl. Indian Pass Raw Bar, Skully's, The Sandbucket, Weber's, and Peachy's are just a few of the dining options on the Cape. The fish and seafood are very fresh and deftly prepared. Casual is the tone for atmosphere and attire, with an ambience similar to the Florida Keys - relaxed and casual.
The region is known as the "Forgotten Coast" and harkens back to a half-century ago. You won't find any high rise condos here, and there are very few condos or townhomes on the Cape. Carefully managed development has helped Cape San Blas retain the environment as close to natural as possible, and it remains a sanctuary for turtles, birds, and wildlife to this day.
