This spacious, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, ground-floor condo is a secluded family getaway! Features include a primary bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, a separate combination shower and sauna room, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a third bedroom with 2-sets of standard-sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, (firewood NOT provided) and an additional walk-out balcony with peek-a-boo river views. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a great price! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
