The Martini Cabin provides a family experience like no other!

IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
**Reserving guests must be at least 23 years old and endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

This newly constructed 3-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin includes a ductless heat and air conditioning system so that you can say goodbye to damp and chilly winter nights as well as hot and stuffy summer nights! As you step inside the main floor, you’ll discover a large L-shaped mudroom with plenty of room for outdoor gear storage, along with a laundry cubby that features a stack washer and dryer…very convenient! Proceeding further, there’s a large open and airy kitchen, dining, and living space featuring higher-end stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a built-in microwave. There’s also an island prep station/breakfast bar with two bar stools, a large dining table with six chairs, (for poker night, of course!) accompanied by a comfy couch and two lounging chairs for relaxing by the gas fireplace. The main floor also features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and ample closet storage space, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and abundant closet storage, and one full bath. Doors off of the living/dining area lead to a generous sized balcony with a covered gas grill…cause it’s always grillin’ season! Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a spacious loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and 2-twin sized beds, plus a tiled ¾-bath ensuite. Descending the staircases to the bottom floor reveals a very large family room with a comfy sectional couch, and a large flat screen monitor with a Wii game console for family fun time! Plus…just outside is a covered outdoor Hot Tub. Don’t forget Fido! This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, No exceptions) wifi* equipped, and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**WiFi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
