Glacier Springs Cabin #16 - This is a Great Cottage With an Outdoor Hot Tub!
Back on board after a recent refresh (including a new air conditioning system, fixtures, flooring, furnishings, and a covered extension to the right deck), this cute little single-story "Gingerbread Cottage" is located within a wooded area and features one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a 3/4 bath with a double shower, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, an open living/dining area, a DVD/monitor, and a freestanding gas fireplace. A new private outdoor hot tub and gas grill are outside the front door. This pet-friendly (2-pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 2 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
