** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please don't try to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #74 – A Brand New and Beautiful Pet-Friendly Family Retreat!
Your family will have a delightful time making lasting memories while staying in this brand new 2-story, 2+ bedroom ¾-bath family vacation cabin. Built with pride by the master craftsman at Mt. Baker Construction, this pine-lined cabin tastefully blends modern design with rustic charm. The first floor features an open and airy living, dining, and kitchen area complete with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, a freestanding wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), a widescreen monitor, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a ¾-bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a large open loft sleeping area with 2-queen-sized beds and a workstation…perfect for creating your next novel (or just catching up on some boring work). You’ll discover a small deck with a gas grill outside the sliding rear door. Don’t forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), WiFi equipped, and monitored family vacation home will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
