** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and must endorse our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #98 - A Cozy and Pet-Friendly Family Cabin With a Free Standing Gas Stove, an Outdoor Hot Tub, Wi-Fi, and Blu-Ray!
This cozy family cabin's first floor features a full kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a cute dining area. The welcoming living room features Blu-Ray and CD players, surround sound, and a newly installed free-standing gas stove. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. There`s one bedroom on the main floor with one queen-sized bed, plus one full bath. The second floor is an open loft sleeping area with a Blu-Ray player, 1-king sized bed, and 2-twin sized beds. The front deck features a propane heater, a gas grill for your enjoyment, and a private outdoor hot tub in the backyard. Also included is unlimited long-distance in the Continental U.S. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Automatic generator installed in case of power outage - Powers lighting, outlets, and refrigerator**

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
