** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #4 - A Pet-Friendly Family Cedar Family Cabin With a Private Outdoor Hot Tub!
This newer 2-story, 1-bedroom, 1-bath cozy cedar cabin is the perfect couples retreat! The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a queen size hide-a-bed, and an expansive window area. The 1st floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, and a 3/4-bath with a laundry area including a stack washer/dryer. The entire 2nd floor is a large loft sleeping area with 1-queen sized bed and one built-in twin bed...perfect for the kids! Just steps away from the cabin is a gazebo covered HOT TUB and a gas grill! This pet-friendly (2-Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
