Play at the lake or enjoy the mountains at this gorgeous 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cedar chalet featuring a lakeside deck and spectacular views of Silver Lake. Recent improvements inside and out make for an even more enjoyable family experience. The interior floor plan features a half bath, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large living/dining area with new flooring, new leather seating, a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), and cathedral ceilings with expansive window areas. The main bedroom features a private entrance, a 1-king bed, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a 3/4-bath en-suite. The second floor features one bedroom with a 1-king-sized bed and 1-queen-sized bed, another with a 1-king-sized bed, and an adjoining 3/4-bath. The exterior features a carport and a large wraparound deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor hot tub. A pathway with steps leads to a cleared sitting area and onto a floating deck at the water’s edge. Everything needed to complete a relaxing day on the lake. Don’t forget Fido! While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare using 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles accordingly. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control. **

**Satellite and Wi-Fi service is available at the cabin and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the satellite system fails to function correctly.

.** This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees' actions. They would be well advised to give directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
