Seaside Dream House 3bed/2bath single family with open water views

Hidden in the midst of wonderful trees, vegetation and beautiful, friendly wildlife, you will love the privacy of our home located at the very end of a quiet street, whilst being able to get back to civilisation in a jiffy, thanks to the many advantages of the city of Marathon located 10 minutes away by car, as well as the many nearby restaurants and shops.

Our lucky seafront location enables our guests to go for a swim and discover the magnificently preserved underwater life, as well ...as use the two kayaks included in the rental. You will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the private garden in the hammock, from one of the lounge-chairs close to the propane fire pit table with lid, at the dinner table, around our modern barbecue or from the inside of our house through the large Florida Bay.

The house in itself offers three modern bedrooms, a tv room, a music room and of course a fully-equipped modern kitchen to satisfy all of your needs (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher), as well as two beautiful spotless bathrooms and a fully-equipped laundry room (washer, dryer and iron), not to mention a two people indoor hot tub, a high-end electric piano for music lovers and a couple of outdoor games

To go for a swim, please kindly use the pathway on the left-hand side of the garden and walk beyond the small area of shallow waters and algae, straight to the sea. Don't forget your flipflops and towels on the way there and for the way back!

The two kayaks are included in the rental and are already located on the water in front of the house, both tied to metal piles. To reach them you can very conveniently use the pathway and then walk only a few meters or swim in the shallow waters, as you will see in the pictures.

Don't forget your snorkelling equipment to observe the mesmerizing underwater life living just in front of the property
