The fully stocked kitchen showcases granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless appliances. A spacious island doubles as a delightful breakfast bar. From the living room, enjoy a captivating view of the canal. Step onto the large deck, an extension of the living room, where you can relish the canal scenery. Ample outdoor seating and lounge chairs invite you to bask in the sun.

The property comes with access to The Cabana Club which is located just on the other side of Key Colony Beach. They have a private pool and beach with tiki bar. Great place to take the kids and enjoy what Key Colony has to offer!

The property can hold 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer, 3 vheicles plus trailer will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
