Welcome to Golden Sunshine! This classic log home is a perfect place for a mountain retreat or for a family get together.

This classic log cabin is located 2 miles from town, away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to make trips to town a short drive. The home features a large, expansive deck that is perfect for hanging out with family and friends while grilling something delicious on the BBQ. The deck is also a great place to do some morning yoga or sitting back and enjoying a glass of wine as you watch the sun set amongst the valley.

When you get first walk inside the home, the living room’s tall ceilings and windows greet you, bringing natural light in the home. The home has a very down to earth, peaceful ambiance to it, making the home the perfect place to unwind and relax from a stressful week. The home’s country kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential pots, pans, dishes and utensils one could possibly need to whip up a heart meal. Living room has a wood burning fireplace which is the best way to warm up during the colder months and gives a classic ambiance.

The home has three bedrooms upstairs. The master has a king sized bed and the other two rooms have queen sized beds. The downstairs office can serve as a fourth bedroom with a futon that turns into a queen sized bed. The office is perfect for the kids as it also has it’s own TV to keep the kids entertained.

Golden Sunshine is the perfect home for a large group or family who is looking for a stress free getaway from it all in a beautiful classic log cabin.

When booking our homes online or by phone, you may use the following payment methods: Debit or any major Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Weekend rate Friday/Saturday is $325.00 p/night. Weekday rate Sunday thru Thursday is $250.00 p/night. Winter Holiday rate $450.00 p/night (Thanksgiving, Christmas and for New Year's, with a 4 night minimum). Holiday rate $400.00 p/night, a 3 day minimum may be required. Call us for our weekly/monthly specials. Pets are welcome. Pet fee will apply. Linen/Prep fee $150.00.

Guests under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-500 on the day of arrival.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY BASED ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS.

Approval will be needed for one-night stays after booking request has been submitted. One night stays can be done for same week reservations (If booking far in in advance and requesting Friday-Saturday-Sunday nightly rate may be higher with the accommodation of early check in or late check out) Higher rate may also apply to Monday-Thursday when booking in advance. Once one night is booked there is NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED.

GUEST COOPERATION IN ADHERING TO CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME PROCEDURES DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS GREATLY APPRECIATED AND MOST HELPFUL TO OUR STAFF AS WELL AS YOUR FELLOW VACATIONERS IN ENSURING SEAMLESS CHECK-INS FOR ALL NEW SPIRIT GUESTS.
