Duck Key Darling is a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath Townhouse Villa in Hawks Cay that overlooks beautiful Tom's Harbor! This unit has gorgeous water views from both the main living space downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. The new owners have just completed a renovation of the entire unit and it is "designer" beautiful! 

The downstairs main level has a whole new look and feel!  The recent renovation features a comtemporary and open-concept layout. The remodel included all new vinyl plank flooring, new kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. It has been refreshed with all new furniture and beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. The dining area features a rectangular table that will seat up to six guests, there is also a breakfast bar with three bar stools.  The living room features comfortable seating with a water view, and a TV.  Off the living room is a porch where you can view the spectacular sunsets. Relax with a meal or beverage at the teak table and four chairs as the bistro lights help set the mood. 

The upstairs level has also undergone a major renovation!  The master bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bathroom with tub, TV, plus a private balcony with seating and direct open water views. The guest bedroom features a bunk bed trundle (top bed is twin, bottom is full & trundle is twin), and TV.  The guest bathroom with shower is located in the hallway. The washer and dryer are located on the second level in the master bedroom.

This property has access to the Cabana Club! The Cabana Club is an exclusive private pool & beach club located in Key Colony Beach (about 10 minutes away).  It has a heated & cooled pool, private sandy beach, tiki bar & snack shop!  Your property manager will authorize passes for entrance to the Club prior to your arrival. All you have to do is check in.

This property does not come with dockage. Duck Key Marina is nearby where you are able to rent dockage, or there is also the Grassy Key Marina (Gulf side about 2 miles away). There are NO trailers of any kind allowed at this property or in the parking lot.
