The kitchen & living room have an open floor plan with hurricane impact windows that allow you to see down the canal. In the living room there is a flat screen TV plus a Bose sound system and the couch has a king pull out bed. The master bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom that is updated and has both a regular shower head and the rain shower head. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and the guest bathroom is updated and matches the master bathroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVS. Downstairs you will find the bait freezer, ice machine and extra fridge, plus the laundry room. There is plenty of downstairs storage for all of your boating toys! Fish cleaning table and both water and electric at the dock.
