This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom single family will blow you away!  It features a private pool, dock with electric & water, and so much more! You are guaranteed an incredible stay in the Florida Keys!

Tucked into the lush, tropical landscape of Marathon, this home resides just blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, with quick access to tons of water-themed activities. It's also within walking distance of  Sombrero Beach. All shopping, dining, and entertainment are just minutes away either north or south on Overseas Highway.

This home features two living areas, the main living room will be located on the second floor featuring an enclosed balcony that over looks the canal plus a flat screen TV. The second living area is located downstairs off of the kitchenette and features sliding glass doors that lead out to the dock. The upstairs also features a large updated kitchen with a commercial sized fridge and freezer to hold all of your groceries and in the downstairs there is a second kitchenette which allows for more storage space. This property features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The downstairs has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs bedrooms will feature: one queen, one bunk bed set and then a king bed plus a twin. The upstairs bedrooms will feature: one queen and one king plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. In the kitchen you'll find all the necessary cooking accessories for homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus granite countertops for laying out snacks and a dishwasher for quick cleanup. 

The pool is completely screened in plus has a tiki hut for extra shade coverage! The bait freezer is located just inside from the pool and there will also be a commercial ice machine as well. There are two tiki huts featuring great outdoor seating, one in the pool area and the other over by the stairs. 

For all those fishermen - this is the home for you! In addition to a 100-foot dock, there's is a fish-cleaning station, a deep freezer, a smoker, and a vacuum-sealer (in case you want to take your catch home!)

Ready for some fun-filled day trips? Take your whole family to get up close and personal with local sea life at the Dolphin Research Center, or lace up some sturdy shoes for a nature hike around Curry Hammock State Park. You could also book a charter fishing adventure and head out for a day of world-class sport fishing, or rent scuba diving gear and explore the underwater reefs offshore. If you have a bit of time, drive south to Key West for boutique shops, historic landmarks, and world-famous nightlife along Duval Street.
