This home has 3 on suite Bedrooms, and a 4 th bedroom that uses the hall bath. 
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a large en-suite bath with double vanities and a large walk in tiled shower.
Two additional bedrooms with Queen size beds have en-suite bath’s, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds with a hall bath. Full size laundry area completes the package.

The dock is a premium luxury with a short 200 foot boat ride to the Atlantic Ocean. The dockage is 41' of usable dockage with 4 ft of draft.  The dock also has a water level kayak/paddleboard dock, to make it easier to get into and out of the kayaks that are in the water.  2 single kayaks are included for your use. Plus fish cleaning station and hose for cleaning your boat and fish.  Electric at the dock is a 110 outlet. 

The house has one covered parking space along with 2 other parking spaces for vehicles and a trailer parking area. 3 vehicles and one trailer is MAX.

The fenced yard is beautifully landscaped and features an in ground kidney shaped pool with the pool depth running form 3′ to 5′. Pool heat is an additional $200/wk
There is a nice covered pool side patio which is perfect for being close to the pool action but in the shade. Extra Deep Freezer.  The upstairs deck features a covered patio with an expandable dining table and Propane Grill.
Another Propane Grill is on the lower level next to the pool area.  The incredible ocean views from the patio will entice you to dine outdoors and relax.

Max Occupancy: 8 (NO MATTER THE AGE) Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This property does have exterior cameras for security. 
Pool heater available for an additional fee. $200.00 per week.
