The secluded location of this house will let you decompress in peace while still being close to everything Marathon has to offer. 

Like to fish? Fish right in your own backyard in the canal. Snapper, and other species can be caught right from the dock in the summer months, the canal is less active in the winter/spring months. Bring your boat and be on the Atlantic in minutes for world class fishing year round. Like golf? Sombrero Country Club is a 9 hole course also two minutes from the house. Key West Golf Club is a 60 minute ride for 18 holes of golf.

As you walk in the front door you can feel the elegance of the decor and the open concept.   The living room, dining and kitchen are open with Cathedral ceilings.  The hallway to the left leads you to the bedrooms, laundry room.   There is a deck outside of the living areas.  The pool and deck area are spacious and welcoming with lounge chairs and lighting. 
You can drive your boat to several great restaurants without ever venturing into open water, so even when the seas are not cooperating you can enjoy social time on the water. There are local companies to rent kayaks or paddleboards...If paddleboarding or kayaking is your thing, the canal network is among the best in the keys for that activity also.
Minutes from everything including the Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Adventures, shopping, bait shops, restaurants, and fast food.

After your long days boating, fishing, golfing, biking, paddleboarding or kayaking, relax by the pool. 

Pool and Spa heat is available for a fee of $300.00 per week year round.
(No Paddleboards or Kayaks provided but you can rent them locally)
