Tropical Breezes is a spacious 3bed/2bath beautifully decorated half duplex in desirable Key Colony Beach. 

Pull your boat up to the 37ft lighted dock after a day of fishing. You can clean your catch on the lighted fish cleaning table. In the attached garage you will find plenty of storage for all of your fishing gear and the bait freezer is located here as well. You have the chance to see manatee's, rays, jellyfish and so much more! This home also comes with access to the exclusive Cabana Club!

The kitchen is fully equipped with large counters & breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, the bathroom will feature double sinks & a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom will have a queen bed, the second guest bedroom will have a two full beds. The guest bathroom features a shower tub combo. The dining room table will comfortable seat 8 people and the breakfast bar has enough bar stools for 4 people.

Garage is for storage ONLY.
