Hidden Treasure 2 /1 Canal View & Glunz Beach Resort passes Included

Fully Stocked Two bedroom condo with vanity sink in both rooms.  The condo is in Skip Jack Resort with Canal Views from the front door balcony. The Condo is across Marathon Country Club which part of the golf course is now available for public use. There are high-speed Wi-Fi and Flat screen television with Basic Cable in the Living room and right bedroom. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and has full - size appliances (no dishwasher). One room has access to a balcony and the other has a flat-screen Tv. 
Both Sleeping Quarters have Queen size beds.
Laundry facilities on site.

This condo is in the heart of Marathon, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beautiful Sombrero Beach.  This property is close to everything: Key West is 1 hour to the south, Islamorada is 45 minutes to the north. Two grocery stores are minutes away as well as the drug store, movie theater, department store, and restaurants galore. Sombrero Beach is a short 2-minute drive.

There is plenty of parking on site. There is an elevator also for your use. Rental of dock space available through Skipjack Resorts. A restaurant is on-site, however. Pool and beach access through the Glunz memebership provided by the owner during the stay. Passes are at the house and club is about a ten minute drive from the condo.
PER SKIPJACK ASSOCIATION RULES:  Individual owners who rent, the renters will only have access to the pool deck area (NO POOL)and restaurant after 4 pm. So at this time, this unit only has access to the pool area and bar only.
