This property is a 1 month minimum stay. 
Community lounge area that has two stories with comfortable lounge furniture, this area also has a fire pit and sunbathing patio, Ice maker for your coolers, a common BarBQue area and views of the ocean from every spot. 

This modern home is perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all.  Upstairs deck faces the picturesque Gulf of Mexico has a bar and refrigerator to enjoy the sunsets most every night.  

As  you walk in the front door you have your open concept living areas with two sofas TV, DIning area and kitchen.  The kitchen has everything you could need to cook.  Stainless steel appliances  There is a bedroom with a queen size bed on this level with a bath.  The second level has a bar and large deck and the other bedroom with a queen size bed and bath. 

All linens are supplied and we provide to you a starter kit of toiletries and necessities like soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent.

Yes this unit does have its own Washer and dryer! 

There is room for 2 vehicles under the house, with a storage area for your use. 
If you bring a boat you will have to store your trailer under the house or in a local trailer storage place. 

The owner has provided 4 beach chairs 2 lounger chairs and a beach umbrella and Beach towels for you stay and travels to the beach. 

You must be 28 or older to rent.  28 year old must be on property at all times. 
There is a background check required for the community. 
You will be asked to fill this out and a $50.00 fee will be accessed to your deposit.
