Exquisite Home on Duck Key with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with marble floors and brand new baths.  
Nice pool with outdoor seating for 6, there is a Tiki Hut at the dock with a large fish cleaning station. 

Carport area has full-size refrigerator, and 200 lb commercial size Ice Maker, Plus a bait freezer. 
Deep water dockage for just about any size boat with 5' draft. 45' of dockage. Boat lift takes up another 40 feet of the dock, it is a possibility to be used if your boat is under 10K lbs.  Bunk fee of $500.00 applies to adjust the bunk for your boat.
This home holds 10 people in beds plus 2 in a pullout.  Flat Screens in 4 bedrooms,  plus one in each living area and on the outdoor deck. Large deck and outdoor spaces.  Dock has outdoor furntiure to enjoy the waterway including a hammock. 

2 kayaks and a golf cart are included with this rental. 

The steps to the left of the house bring you to the front door and the East side deck. This door leads you right into the open floor plan of the main living areas, with the living room and dining room and open kitchen gourmet kitchen.  Gas Stove and oven, a convection microwave and all the kitchen tools you will need to feed a crowd.  The dining room has 10 chairs for the table plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.   The deck on the west side just past the indoor dining room has a teak table that seats 6 as well. We call this the morning porch for coffee and enjoying the view of the pool. French doors lead out to the decks surrounding the elevated pool.  

Walking past the kitchen, the hallway brings you to three bedrooms all with king size beds and their own TV's on this level.  One bath in the hallway, that the two bedrooms share and a private bath on the master suite.   In the hall there is a staircase to the loft and additional two bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms have a queen size bed. They share a bath on this level.  The loft has a TV, and one of the bedrooms has a TV.  There is a pullout sofa on this level with a big desk for those that need work space. 
Outside on the deck there is a large grill, with outdoor seating and a TV and a bar with 4 bar stools and a few Lounge chairs around the pool.  

Downstairs in the carport area, there is an extra refrigerator and a deep freezer for your catch, it also has a 200 lb commercial ice maker.  You won't run out of ice!

This home is a 28 day minimum only.
You must be 29 or older to rent. (29 year old must be present during entire stay)
Pet Friendly - please ask about pet restrictions and pet fee. This will be based off breed, size & number. Upstairs deck has gates to contain your pets while in the pool and deck area.
