A Cut Above is an updated 3bed/2bath beautifully decorated half duplex in desirable Key Colony Beach. Enjoy the tropical setting by the heated/chilled waterfall pool with Tiki at pools edge for shade. Pull your boat up to the 37ft lighted dock after a day of fishing. You can clean your catch on the lighted fish cleaning table. In the attached garage you will find plenty of storage for all of your fishing gear and the bait freezer is located here as well. In the canal you will find a underwater fish light that will allow you to see all the fish at night plus see all kinds during the day. You have the chance to see manatee's, rays, jellyfish and so much more! Not only is there a private pool for you to use, but this home also comes with access to the exclusive Cabana Club!

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and granite countertops & breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, the bathroom will feature double sinks & a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom will have a queen bed and then a twin bed, the second guest bedroom will have a king bed. The guest bathroom features a shower tub combo. The dining room table will comfortable seat 8 people and the breakfast bar has enough bar stools for 4 people.

This property is not handicap accessible and not suitable for young children. Garage is for storage ONLY.
