Max Occupancy: 6 (NO MATTER THE AGE) This regulation is set by The City of Marathon rule that states 2 persons per bedroom plus 2. NO EXCEPTIONS - this is not the same as sleeping. 

Sleeping: 4 (1 king, 2 twins - no sleeper sofa) 

Enjoy the Florida Keys in this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath half duplex located minutes away from Sombrero Beach!

This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen to tend to all of your cooking needs. If you are looking for some relaxation indoors, enjoy the living room with the large flat screen TV. As you kick back and relax on couches you can enjoy the bountiful amount of natural lighting via the large sliding glass doors that over look the canal. This home also offers dining area in the kitchen plus outdoor seating on the balcony! The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and access to the balcony on the back side of the home. The master bath comes with his and her sinks and there is a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom comes with two twin beds. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

The home is on a deep water canal with Ocean Access. You can also access the Gulf of Mexico by way of the 7 mile bridge. The home is just a short boat ride from the famous Sombrero Reef, here you will find the best snorkeling and scuba diving! You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore the canals around the home.

Brand new pool was completed in the beginning of February. Pool heat is optional at $200 per week.  

Dock holds up to 20ft boat max.
